Delivery Times
We will process your order within 3 business days following payment in cleared funds. Payment by online banking cannot be checked until the next business day. We will send you an email notifying you when your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 7 days for urban shipping in New Zealand, and 12 days for rural due to our courier's huge workload currently.
We use Aramex for all of our deliveries. They will deliver to both urban and rural addresses, but not to PO Boxes. Please ensure you only use a non PO Box address. Our website uses the NZ Post address finder to identify rural addresses and will add the rural surcharge accordingly. Please do not ask us to remove this surcharge, as this is what our courier on-charges us to deliver to a rural address.
Safety Policy
Lizard of Bricks products are second hand and in used condition. We take the utmost care in washing, cleaning, sorting and ensuring that our products are of a high quality in good condition. Our Lego has often seen a variety of uses, and we do not guarantee that every brick you receive will be genuine LEGO® or in perfect usable condition. In rare cases you may find objects other than building bricks such as other toys. At The Lizard of Bricks, we try our very best to ensure all of the used Lego you receive is clean, checked and in usable condition. We're only human though, so some sneaky less than perfect pieces or non branded Lego may creep in. That's why with every order, we include some extra pieces with our compliments. It is the responsibility of our customers to carefully check our products before giving them to minors and if necessary washing our LEGO® in warm soapy water if there are any concerns.

Returns Policy
A full refund will be provided to any goods returned that are unopened in their original packaging and within 7 days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase only. As part of our returns policy, the return and postage of the items in question are the responsibility of the customer. Please note we will not be responsible for shipping, postage or payment of postage back to us in order to organise your return for change of mind. We will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
