Returns Policy
A full refund will be provided to any goods returned that are unopened in their original packaging and within 7 days. Shipping expenses, in both directions, are not refundable.
If the goods you receive are faulty, we will replace those goods if they are returned to us within 30 days of purchase only. As part of our returns policy, the return and postage of the items in question are the responsibility of the customer. Please note we will not be responsible for shipping, postage or payment of postage back to us in order to organise your return for change of mind. We will meet our obligations under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
